1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with hypbet, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activities, bonuses, and customer support interactions.

1.2 By completing the hypbet registration process or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms as posted on the hypbet website.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the hypbet platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account.

1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the hypbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 The hypbet platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, the minimum legal age for online gaming under PAGCOR regulations in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of hypbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hypbet or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 hypbet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of the relevant account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Players who are residents of certain jurisdictions outside the Philippines may be subject to additional restrictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of hypbet complies with all local laws applicable to them.

3 Account Registration and KYC

3.1 To participate in real-money gaming on hypbet, you must register a single account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active hypbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if any changes occur.

3.3 hypbet implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, hypbet may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits to the account.

3.4 hypbet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account if satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be produced, or if the documentation provided is found to be false, altered, or obtained fraudulently.

3.5 You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. hypbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hypbet accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. hypbet does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name.

All deposits to hypbet must originate from a legitimate funding source. Funds of criminal origin are strictly prohibited from being deposited to the platform, and hypbet is obligated to report suspected money-laundering activity to relevant Philippine authorities in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, as part of hypbet's anti-money laundering compliance procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. hypbet targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) banking day; actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider.

hypbet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals, or where the withdrawal pattern gives rise to reasonable suspicion. Processing of affected withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of such checks.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on hypbet are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱) unless otherwise indicated for cryptocurrency deposits. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 hypbet may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet limits during wagering.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to them are set out in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 hypbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not adversely affect any bonus already claimed and in active use on a player's account.

5.4 hypbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of collusion.

5.5 Only one bonus offer may be active per player account at any given time unless expressly indicated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 All games available on hypbet are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 The results of all games on hypbet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical dealing and roulette mechanics visible via live video stream. hypbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors, game freezes, or software failures — hypbet reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return the stake to the player's account. hypbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond reasonable control.

6.4 It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection before commencing a gaming session. Loss of connection during a live dealer game does not automatically void the hand or spin; hypbet's server records of the game outcome shall be conclusive.

6.5 hypbet's records of all wagers placed and game outcomes shall be the definitive record for all dispute resolution purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between the information displayed on your device and hypbet's server records, the server records shall prevail.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on hypbet and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (including accounts held under different names or payment methods);
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players, hypbet employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, card marking, chip manipulation, or interference with live dealer equipment;
• Laundering funds through the hypbet platform or using hypbet for any purpose connected to criminal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculations in game odds to generate profit — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Facilitating any person under the age of 21 in accessing or using the hypbet platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with hypbet's software or security systems.

7.2 hypbet may report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), where required or appropriate.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the hypbet platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hypbet or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hypbet platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any hypbet content.

8.3 The hypbet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of hypbet. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 hypbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how hypbet handles your personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, stored, and disclosed — are set out in the hypbet Privacy Policy.

9.2 By registering an account with hypbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to hypbet's legal obligations to retain certain records.

9.3 hypbet employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. However, hypbet cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, and players acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of online data transmission.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 hypbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following player-controlled responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your hypbet account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which further gaming is restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logouts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a duration of your choice, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from future re-registration on the hypbet platform.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying your cumulative session time and net gaming activity at regular intervals.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed by hypbet customer support within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, hypbet will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded individual from opening a new account on the platform during the exclusion period.

10.3 hypbet strictly prohibits any form of credit being extended to players for the purpose of gambling. Players must only wager funds they can genuinely afford to lose.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hypbet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 hypbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the hypbet platform.

11.3 hypbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Platform availability may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond hypbet's reasonable control.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hypbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 hypbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Identification of the account as belonging to a self-excluded player;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Extended account inactivity as defined in section 12.3 below.

12.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, hypbet reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately deposited and not connected to any breach, they will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

12.3 An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hypbet will notify the player by email or SMS before classifying the account as inactive. An inactivity fee of ₱50 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance after the initial 12-month period.

12.4 You may request the voluntary closure of your hypbet account at any time by contacting hypbet customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 hypbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the hypbet website, except where a longer notice period is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

13.2 hypbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the hypbet platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question of their validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute between a player and hypbet that cannot be resolved informally through hypbet's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.

14.3 Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise any complaint or dispute directly with hypbet customer support. hypbet is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. PAGCOR also provides a dispute resolution mechanism for complaints against licensed operators that cannot be resolved at the platform level.
